OVERVIEW:
A cozy, connection-focused night out for local mamas to unwind, refill their cups, and enjoy intentional, soul-nourishing time away from the demands of the everyday Mama life. Think classic pink slumber party vibes—but make it mature, meaningful, and memorable. We can’t wait!

ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER:
Vanessa Spinarsky is a therapist, EMDR practitioner, and mom who specializes in helping women untangle overwhelm, reconnect with their bodies, and rebuild their sense of self in motherhood. She also works closely with couples, helping partners understand their relational loops and create more attuned, less reactive dynamics at home. Vanessa is the co-creator of The Mama Healing Hub and the host of If These Walls Could Talk podcast, where she brings psychology, nervous system science, and real-life motherhood together in a way that feels honest, supportive, and deeply human.
Please note: This venue is not wheel chair accessible. Washrooms are available on the lower level.
